* Standard rental includes 8 hours of exclusive venue access, including time for setup, event and load out. Additional time available for purchase.

Add-On Packages

GUEST WELCOME PACKAGE

Nothing makes guests feel at home like a warm greeting upon entering event. With this add-on package we’ll provide a check-in booth with designated doorman, (1) additional security guard, and (1) Greeter.

$300, based on 3 hour event time.

PRIVATE EVENT PACKAGE

With certain events, Cultivated Synergy will manage key details of your event to ensure that it is in compliance with the city and state laws so no issues or conflicts arise.  By allowing us to manage key parts of your event, you will be able to focus more on throwing an amazing event with less worries and confusion! We will manage the following details of your event:

  • Private event legal structure
  • Registration process
  • Check-In Process
  • Event Security
  • Waiver process

Pricing based on estimated guest count and event length. Minimum $300 fee.

ADDITIONAL EVENT STAFF

$25/person/hour

EVENT DESIGN & COORDINATION SERVICES

Need assistance creating a unique event? We specialize in custom events with skills ranging from conceptualizing and design to execution along with logistical details. Marketing, design, and RSVP system available.

Fees to be determined after initial planning meeting.

REFRESHMENT PACKAGE

For your entire rental we will provide coffee, tea, soda, water and light snacks, refreshed as needed. Everything you need to stay sustained and focused.

LIBATIONS SERVICES

For alcoholic beverage services you will arrange through PEAK Beverage.

However, should you prefer to provide your own alcohol & ice, with our hosted bar option we will provide the bartenders, drinkware, soda, and water. Bar options and quantity recommendations available.

3-hour bar: $25 per guest
4-hour bar: $30 per guest
5-hour bar: $35 per guest
